Who this covers.

morda.co.za is the official website of MÖRDA (Bongani Mohosana). Bookings and business enquiries are handled by his booking agency, T-Squared Productions. For anything relating to this policy or your personal information, contact bookings@tsquaredproductions.co.za.

What we collect.

One thing: what you type into the booking form. That is your name, email address, city or country, event type, preferred date and your message. You only share it when you press send, and every field except name and email is optional.

There are no accounts to create, no newsletter to join, no mailing lists and no profiles. If you never use the booking form, this site collects no personal information from you at all.

Where it goes.

Your booking request is emailed directly to the booking team at T-Squared Productions and is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and arranging the booking. It is not added to marketing lists and it is not sold or shared beyond that.

The message is delivered by FormSubmit, a form delivery service this site uses to send email. FormSubmit processes the message in order to deliver it, and its servers may be located outside South Africa.

What stays on your device.

A few preferences are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them between pages: your dark or light theme choice, whether the music is playing and where the current song is up to, and anything in your shop cart. These never leave your device, are not sent to us or to anyone else, and disappear if you clear your browser data.

Analytics.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. It counts visits, pages viewed and general actions like plays of the site's music player, using anonymous aggregate numbers. It sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors and does not follow anyone across other websites.

Third-party services.

Like almost every website, this one loads a few resources from other companies when a page opens. Each of these sees your IP address in the process, which is how any web request works:

  • Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces.
  • YouTube powers the video previews on the Videos page, in its privacy-enhanced mode, which keeps tracking cookies out until you actually play a video.
  • Spotify and Apple Music serve album artwork on the music pages.
  • Cloudflare's CDN serves the home page's animation library.

Links out to streaming platforms, social media and ticket sellers take you to services with their own privacy policies.

The shop.

The shop cart lives on your device only, and online checkout is not live yet. When checkout launches, payments will be handled by a dedicated secure payment provider: your card details will go directly to that provider and will never be seen or stored by this website. This policy will be updated with the provider's name before checkout goes live.

Security.

The entire site runs over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted between your browser and the server.

Your rights.

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being processed. Email bookings@tsquaredproductions.co.za and the team will action it.

If you believe your information has been mishandled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes.

If the site starts doing something new with personal information, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.

This page describes what the site actually does, checked against the site's own code. It is information, not legal advice.
