Who these terms are between.

morda.co.za is the official website of MÖRDA (Bongani Mohosana). When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean MÖRDA and the team that runs this site on his behalf. Bookings and business enquiries are handled by his booking agency, T-Squared Productions.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Questions about them can go to bookings@tsquaredproductions.co.za.

Using the site.

The site is for your personal, non-commercial use: listening, watching, reading, finding a show and requesting a booking.

Please do not copy or mirror the site, scrape its content, interfere with how it runs, try to get past any security, or send automated traffic that could slow it down for everyone else. Access may be limited or withdrawn where that happens.

Music, videos and images.

Everything on this site, including the music, artwork, photographs, videos, words, the MÖRDA name and the Ö mark, belongs to MÖRDA, his label Asante Music, or the people who have licensed it for use here. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.

The site's music player streams songs for you to listen to on the site. That is a licence to listen, not to keep. You may not download, record, copy, sample, re-upload or redistribute the music, or use it in your own videos, mixes or productions, without written permission.

Videos play through YouTube and are subject to YouTube's terms. Articles, covers and photographs on the Press page belong to the publications and photographers credited there.

Booking requests.

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is agreed until T-Squared Productions has confirmed the date, fee and terms with you in writing. The team may decline a request at its discretion.

Please give accurate details so the team can respond properly.

The shop.

Prices in the shop are shown in South African Rand.

Online checkout is not live yet. You can add items to a cart to see what a purchase would look like, but adding an item does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. When checkout launches, the terms of sale, the payment provider, delivery and returns will be set out at checkout and on this page before you pay.

Colours can look different on different screens, so a garment may not match its photo exactly.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.

Links to other services.

The site links out to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and ticket sellers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Tickets are sold by the seller a link takes you to, not by this site. Any question about a ticket purchase is between you and that seller.

Shows and other information.

Tour dates, venues and ticket links are published in good faith from MÖRDA's schedule, but shows can be moved or cancelled and details can change. Check with the venue or ticket seller before you travel.

We work to keep everything on the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be.

Liability.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, being unable to use it, or relying on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy.

How the site handles personal information, and your rights over it, are set out in the Privacy policy.

Changes.

These terms may be updated as the site changes, for example when online checkout goes live. The effective date at the top of this page will change when they do, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the South African courts.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
